Naleczow

Naleczow is in vicinity of very attractive places: Kazimierz Dolny, Lublin, Pulawy, Kozlowka, Wojciechow and Janowiec more info here.The only cardiological-health resort in the province of Lublin, situated in the north-west of the Lubelska Upland called Naleczowski Plateau. Boles³aw Prus wrote: "Who visits Naleczow at least once, will leave it as a better man". Tourist attractions of Naleczow are the spa park with some monumental sanatorium buidings and the Malachowski's Palace with various trees. Interesting areas in respect of landscape admirationand tourism: - Naleczow is surrounded with dense network of loess valleys with luxuriant and rich greenery, - many monumental buildings along with the parish church and the adjacent cemetery, -museums: Bolslaw Prus Museum, Stefan Zeromski Museum. Naleczow is situated within the Kazimierski Landscape Park.

 

 

 
Ustron

Ustron is the only health resort town in the Podbeskidzie region surrounded by mountain tops of Wielka Czantoria ( 995 m - 3316 ft.), Mala Czantoria (866 m -2880 ft.), Lipowski Gron ( 745 m - 2383 ft.) and Rownica ( 884 m - 2943 ft.). The Ustron health resort has two hundred years of tradition. Nowadays it offers 1650 beds in several sanatoriums, 120 beds in the Silesian Rehabiltation Centre and 360 in the Silesian Rheumatic Hospital. There are a few examples of the town's old traditional buildings. An interesting tourist attraction 
is Sobieski's Oak Tree from 1683. The legend has it that the tree was planted by the local people to commemorate King Sobieski's victory at Vienna.
 
Sopot

This Baltic resort, located between Gdañsk and Gdynia, constitutes a natural centre of the Tricity with a population of almost one million as well as the Region of Pomerania. Sopot, called the summer capital of Poland, is a small seaside spa, officially approved as a health resort. On the land side the town is sheltered by forested moraine hills and on the seaward side – the Hel Peninsula shields the Bay of Gdansk, which makes the water of Sopot beaches warmer than in elsewhere in the Baltic.All along the 4.5km Sopot coastline there are clean and sandy beaches along which are scattered water slides, water and beach equipment rental shops, showers and charming small pubs and cafes.

It is a place for leisurely strolls forhealth (the iodine concentration at the end of the pier is twice as high as on land) and festivities, and also the harbour of tourist passenger ships and water taxis.Polish health resorts are famous on all around the World.
